SNHU Communications Lecturer, Jon Boroshok, requests emails of interest from smaller, Manchester-area nonprofits who want to participate in a Service Learning program with his Communications class beginning in January 2012. As a final project, small teams of SNHU students will provide the chosen nonprofits with early-stage PR consulting and press kit materials that the organization itself can then implement/deploy. It is hoped that the nonprofit will have enough of a favorable experience to be able to serve as references for the students, and perhaps consider hiring one of the student team members as an intern to implement the program.
